Trainers Upgrade Course
The Healthcare Human Factors Trainers Upgrade course is 3 days, to complement the 3 day Managers course, and build upon this existing knowledge so as to become competent and confident in delivering Human Factors training.
The upgrade course provides the facilitation skills and human factors knowledge required to deliver effective sessions within your organisation and is suitable for personnel who will be involved in training and developing Human Factors skills in the organisation.
The facilitative and interactive programme covers the core elements of Human Factors and develops skills, knowledge and expertise in the planning, design and delivery of Human Factors training sessions.The course package includes comprehensive materials with copyright licence for use for the purpose of training staff employed by the client organisation. The course provides skills in training development enabling the student to develop further materials reflecting the unique nature and requirements of their organisation.

This course is available at our training centre in the UK and can also be delivered as an internal course for your organisation at your location. A prerequisite to attend this upgrade course is to have first completed the GAT 3 day Managers course.
